Auto Reply Robot for Live Messenger is a reply robot for Live Messenger that lets you set up custom reply messages.

This is an add-in for Windows Live Messenger that enables it to automatically reply with a message whenever your status is set to "busy", "away", "be right back", "on the phone" or "out to lunch".

Requirements:

· Microsoft .NET Framework v2.0
· Windows Live Messenger 8

I couldn't find for gtalk, but for YM you can find some tools here and here.
