LiveChat2IM allows you to chat to visitors to your website/blog using your regular instant messaging account (supports MSN, YAHOO, GoogleTalk, Jabber and AIM).
Signup, add your IM details then embed a javascript button or a flash widget on your blog or website.
You can add multiple IM accounts to enable visitors to your site to ask live questions to your team. No proprietary software, no lengthy installs, it just integrates within seconds to your existing IM service.
The service is aware of the 'presence' setting of you agents' IM accounts and will only show online when there is someone available to take a live query. Chats are initiated to IM accounts only if they are online and available. You can even specify expertise keywords for each IM account so that a query is routed to the best possible member of your team.
LiveChat2IM allows you to add as many people as you like to the livechat service. Each person can have multiple conversations through their IM client (not currently supported by MSN or GoogleTalk).
